To provide our customers with absolutely the finest tasting meat products available in Canada, we have carefully selected each one of our products.  Many of our products have been specifically developed by our suppliers over the years for the demanding Japanese export market.  These products far exceed the quality of regular products produced for the domestic market and are usually not available domestically.  We have made special arrangements directly with these exporting packers to provide us with their export grade products that are only available in limited quantities.  Therefore, once you’ve tried our better tasting products, it will be extremely hard to use anything else; if you really care about the taste quality you want to put on your plate.
